The omphalocele-exstrophy vesicalis-imperforated anus-spinal defects (OEIS) complex is a rare variant of the bladder exstrophy epispadias and multisystem anomalies involving gastrointestinal, genitourinary, skeletal systems. number patients who have OEIS do not terminate their pregnancy small.
